ATTENDING a Group Session

Before class, you will receive a message from one of our coaches asking for some background information. This information allows us to better prepare so that you can get more out of class.

Questions will cover things like:

  • What are your fitness goals?
  • Do you have any injuries we should be aware of:
  • What is your experience with working out and strength training?
  • What does a typical  workout look like?
  • What sort of results can I expect?

While encourage you to book a complimentary consult first where we can go over all of these questions in even more detail, we won't hold you back from hopping right into a class. We've worked with enough people to know how to approach teaching any movement whether you are a competitive fitness athlete or a beginner!

*We do ask if there are any special circumstances (injury or otherwise) please speak with a coach BEFORE registering for a group session so we can decide together whether class is the best fit, or whether you'd benefit from a set of private sessions first.
