We want you to try our Semi Private Groups so you can feel the difference. Ideally you meet with a coach first - we want to know your fitness goals and know where you are at in your fitness journey. We want to be prepared to coach you- speaking with a coach first ensures the best experience

We aren't concerned with delivering the most intense 60-minute sweat-fest. Rather, our programs are structured to help real people achieve sustainable results. We want to set you up for a lifetime of progress towards your goals both inside and outside of the gym. Finding coaches you can trust in a gym that feels like home can feel nearly impossible. How do I sign up to Meet your Coach?
Schedule to Meet your Coach by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule to Meet your Coach.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. Building Strength takes time - give your body at least 3 months to really see a noticeable impact - faster results can occur but we are not in the business of providing a quick fix.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We don't charge $38 to have you in a class with 20 other people. We provide a small intimate environment where we can really foucs our attention on your form and give you the feedback you deserve.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
Do you provide water?
We have filtered water available to all of our guests!
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our RX Strength classes will train all the Functional Strength Patterns: Squat - Hinge - Vertical Pulling - Vertical Pressing - Horizontal Pressing- Horizontal Pulling- Unilateral Knee Dominant - Unilateral Hip Dominant- Locomotion - Core Thorax - Core Pelvis and Rotational. Commonly known as Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Accessory movements. We also integrate conditioning and mobility accessories to promote well-rounded fitness . Joining these semi-private group sessions will not only make you proficient in Strength Training but also prepare your body to meet the demands of everyday life with confidence.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
